Autumn 4

The weeks are whizzing past and we enter the end of week 6. All the children this week enjoyed computing, finding out all about web crawelrs and how they help us to search the internet. In maths the year 5 have just completed their place value unit today and have finished with learning all about Roman numerals. The year 6 children have just finished decimals and are about to embark on the next unit on multiplication and division.

History this week has been all about Viking artefacts and how they have helped historians to dispel the myth that Vikings were just violent raiders. Science has been fascinating this week, we have all been investigating animals that use metamorphosis, with lots of the children displaying excellent knowledge about the subject.
