Our Children's Performance

We, at Ampney Crucis C of E Primary School, aim for academic excellence, but more importantly, we want all children to make progress against their starting points and to flourish in all areas of the curriculum. We have been extremely pleased with our end of year results but we recognise that there is continued work to be done to ensure our children achieve the National Average in all subjects areas.

Due to the fact that we have small cohorts of children often one child can represent as much as 11%, so this is be taken into account when just considering percentage figures. (NA - is the National Average across all schools.)

The provisional national data is for 2024 for the expected standard and greater depth.

We are so pleased with our school results again this year, which shows just how hard our children have worked especially in Reading. We still have work to do though to get closer to the National Average for SPAG and Maths and this will be the focus for 2024-2025.
