Willow Class Blog Week 5 Spring 2

Date: 28th Mar 2025 @ 1:40pm

What an amazing morning we have had at Abbey Home Farm! We enjoyed tasting freshly grown produce, we went to visit the pigs, sheep and cows and also some of us got to herd the pigs out. We have had a great week of learning in Willow. We have finished writing our stories based on 'The Queen's Handbag', in Science been seed detectives and in Geography compared Kenya to the UK. Thank you to Raf's mummy Maya for a fantastic visit!

  • We have enjoyed:
  • Seeing the pigs at the farm - Bea.
  • Herding the pigs - Felix, Finley, Penny and Ivy.
  • Watching the cows - Roberta.
  • The cows licking me - Annabelle.
  • Making clay hearts - Charlie.
  • Making different shapes using play doh - Lilli.
  • Playing with the darts - Freddie and Roman.
  • Using Lego to make a jungle - Raf and Gracie.

Have a fabulous and sunny weekend! Happy Mothering Sunday to all that care for us.
